CANCELLATION POLICY
At Comfortable In Your Skin, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policies: 1. First-Time No-Show or Late Cancellation – We understand that life happens! Your first no-show or late cancellation will not incur any fees. 2. Cancellations (More than 48 Hours in Advance) – If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to avoid any charges. 3. Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours of Appointment) – Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 30% fee of the scheduled service cost. 4. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows – After your first no-show, any same-day cancellations or no-shows will be subject to the full payment of the scheduled service.
